LASIK Payment Plans

Dougherty Laser Vision has a variety of LASIK payment plans available including a one year, same-as-cash-option (0% interest financing) and extended payment plans with payments as low as $120/month.

Special 0% Financing LASIK Payment Plans Available for a Limited Time

No interest if the balance is paid within the 6 month or 12 month period
Minimum monthly payments are required
Under the special LASIK payment plans, no finance charges will be assessed on the promotional purchase as long as:
- (1) you pay the promo purchase amount in full within the promotional period as reflected on the front side of this sales slip, and
- (2) you pay, when due, the minimum monthly payment on your account, which includes a required minimum monthly payment on the promotional service.
If you fail to satisfy either of the above conditions, all special LASIK payment plans promotional terms will be terminated and finance charges will be assessed on the promotional purchase amount from the date of the service.
Payments over the minimum will usually be applied to those promo balances before non-promo and other balances.
If you have a non-promo balance, this may reduce the benefit from the promo.
Optional credit insurance/debt cancellation charges on your promo purchase are not subject to the promotional terms.

Note that the Promotional Rates above, for the LASIK payment plans, will be applied at time of service, instead of the standard Care Credit interest rate quoted on the application.

Low Monthly Promotional LASIK Payment Plans (Extended Payment Plans)

For treatment fees from $1,000 and up
9.90% interest rate
The flexible monthly payment option is specifically designed for refractive surgery, with payments as low as $100 per month.
Fixed minimum monthly payments will be required each month until the promotional purchase is paid in full, in addition to any other required minimum payment. equal to:
- For 24 months, 4.61% of promotional purchase amount is due each month
- For 36 months, 3.22% of promotional purchase amount is due each month
- For 48 months 2.53% of promotional purchase amount is due each month
- For 60 months 2.1198% of promotional purchase amount is due each month
Finance charges will be applied to the promotional balance at the fixed daily periodic rate of .0271% (corresponding fixed ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 9.90%) until the promotional balance is paid in full.
If minimum monthly payments on your account (including optional insurance/debt cancellation charges) are not paid when due, all special promotional terms may be terminated.
Standard account terms apply to non-promotional purchases.
