Paul Dougherty, M.D. Selected as TLC LASIK Expert for TLC's 10 Years Younger

Los Angeles – January 4, 2005 – Renowned vision correction surgeon Paul Dougherty, M.D. has been selected to serve as the LASIK expert on 10 Years Younger – the new makeover reality show airing on cable’s TLC (The Learning Channel) network.

Adapted from a popular British series, the program helps people from all walks of life look 10 years younger in just 10 days. Dr. Dougherty will be featured performing surgery on makeover participants at his Los Angeles (Hancock Park) surgery center.

Dr. Dougherty is medical director of Dougherty Laser Vision, which has provided LASIK and other advanced refractive surgery procedures for more than a decade. The practice was recently named 2004 LASIK Center of the Year by the readers of the Los Angeles Daily News.
